The Adventure of Innovation

Recently I have been delivering my team decision making programs and keynote addresses to a number of organisations who are on journey's with a common theme.

These journeys are about encouraging their teams to adopt more innovative mindsets and behaviours.

Adopting and implementing innovative idea's can be a scary thought for many people. It requires the mindset of an explorer. The scary part is generally around the fact that any journey of innovation involves Uncertainty and Risk. I talk more about the uncertainty aspect in this short video:
